Refund
We offer refunds for returned items within 3 business days of receiving them. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for used items. Please ensure the product is in its original, unused condition before returning.

Delivery
We ship from Switzerland using Swiss Post. Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days.
We also offer Saturday delivery.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will be shipped on the same day.

But it will cost 20CHF to deliver tonight at 7pm-10pm.
Shipping & Returns
We ship all orders from Switzerland using Swiss Post.
